About Heart and Sol
On January 8th, 2025, the Eaton fire in Altadena claimed our home, our belongings, and the tools I used to build this business. Steel doesn’t survive a 2,000-degree fire, but the will to keep creating did. Rebuilding Heart and Sol from scratch has become its own kind of forging. The loss deepened my commitment to handmade work and to the value of objects with heart and history. New tools. Same passion.
