Frequently asked questions
PRODUCTION TIME
I normally ship within 3-5 business days of receiving order/payment. However, during different times of the year those times can change. Be sure to check my announcement for any changes. (It's just me, one artist here...) The majority of my designs are made-to-order. Please note that any changes or delays in production will be noted on our Etsy page.
I ship USPS First Class which can take between 3-5 days within the United States. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Shipping please let me know. I also accept RUSH orders during slower times.
Please let me know if you require your item(s) by a certain date and I will do what I can to accommodate your request.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of most of my gifts, I do not accept returns.
I want you to be as happy with your purchase as I am in creating these special gifts. If you are unhappy with your gift, please convo me/email me.
I will accept returns/exchanges if I mailed you the incorrect item; if the error was my fault. Your exchanged item will be shipped to you once we received the original item back and can assess the issue.
Items, marked as delivered via USPS, cannot be refunded.
Cancellations must be made within 2 days of the order being placed or before the gift has. Once work has begun on your order cancellations cannot be made and the order will be shipped as scheduled.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND FEES for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please know that I will complete the customs forms by marking the value of your item as well as marking the item as "Other" or "Merchandise." It is against the law for me to do otherwise.
You are responsible for any additional customs, duties, fees, taxes, VAT that may be applied/incurred on your package when it arrives. Different countries have different customs assessments. Please verify what your country's policies are prior to placing your order. Refunds and/or returns will not be processed for non-receipt due to refusal to pay customs duties, VAT, taxes or other applied fees, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
